Returns and Exchanges


POLICY
There will be no refunds or cancellations. Customers will be given store credit only. Items purchased from 7.23 are eligible for store credit within 10 days after delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping .
No changes may be made once an order has been placed.
CONDITIONS
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
RETURNS
We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately at info@seven23online.com


Shipping and Handling
All orders are shipped USPS Priority
Orders typically take up to 3-4 business days to be processed. Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will be processed starting the following business day.
Possible Delays
We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Delays are possible during our Holiday and Sale Season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

To track your order please use the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.
